Katrina Kaiser, Policy Instructor
Katrina Kaiser debated for three and a half years for St. Francis High School in Northern CA, where she gained significant renown along the West Coast as a very intuitive thinker. She is a two-summer veteran of the SNFI, attending both the Sophomore Scholars and Swing Labs over the course of her high school career. Besides qualifying for the Tournament of Champions her senior year, Katrina was in the elimination rounds of every California tournament she attended, and won Stanford University's high school speech and debate invitational in Varsity Policy debate. She will debate next year for the University of Southern California, where she will also be in the Philosophy-Politics-Law program. Katrina's approach to teaching is best described as collaborative and critical, and she is looking forward to her first year with the SNFI.
